A Tiny Project to get the Juices Flowing :)

Well I have to give props to you working mom's that still find time to blog and be crafty. I am just plain not good at it. I feel like there is never enough time in the day to get the things I would like to do done. This is definitely an adjustment, but I appreciate you all sticking with me.

I'm slowly working on getting rooms around the new house "complete." Why is it that when you move, suddenly your current decor is no longer up to par? One of the rooms I'm working on is Little Sisters room. When we moved we sold her crib and she has been sleeping in a toddler bed, so I am trying to change her nursery decor into more of a big girl room.

I have no real theme, just things that I've liked and inspirations from Pinterest. I came across this rug...



Super cute right? Kind of peacock like. Then I came across this awesome mod pillow from Positively Splendid

I had an extra canvas laying around, so I came up with my own little take on both the projects and this is what I came up with.





Definitely doesn't make the room complete or anything, but it's a stride in the right direction. So what inspiration have you found off Pinterest?
